I would highly recommend you seek medical advice before joining this course. You will need a mat, and then some props - ideally yoga blocks, a bolster and blanket but hardback books and a stack of pillows work just as well. Please have some water nearby too.

This course is much more than a bunch of pregnancy yoga videos put together. This pack of practices includes specific videos on how to modify your practice safely, breathwork and affirmation practices, yoga nidra, yin practices and pregnancy yoga classes of various lengths. This course is perfect for those who really want to support themselves mentally and physically during their pregnancy.

Well firstly lets not 'should' all over ourselves! Your pregnancy will be completely different to another person's and it's important to listen to your body and practice in a way that works for your lifestyle. Some people who are newer to yoga might like to do a few videos a week, and others might like to practice every day with a mixture of move active and more gentle practices.
