Dive into a 2 hour immersion to unravel and unwind. Learn about the nervous system, the importance of rest and how we can use Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to support us in our life.
What is it?
This class is all about helping you find the tools for rest. Whether you are a busy parent, have a stressful job, live with anxiety or are training in a high intensity sport, we have something for you.
We’ll open with a welcome herbal tea as I talk briefly about the nervous system and fascia, and introduce you to the benefits of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
You’ll then receive a full 60 minute Yin Yoga class and a short Yoga Nidra to end the session in pure blissful relaxation.
This session is open to those who already have a yoga practice in any style, or complete beginners who want to learn more about resting practices.

You struggle with anxiety or stress and would like to learn how you can support yourself through difficult moments
You struggle with sleep
You are training in a high intensity sport (Cross Fit, running cycling) and would like a complementary practice to improve your training
You want to learn about the nervous system
You want an evening to relax and unwind.
